Our Story:

 

From pediatrics to geriatrics, Mariann and Noel Frigo have spent their professional and personal lives responding to the medical and personal needs of those who are most vulnerable.

​

• In 1991, they opened FirstCare Rehabilitation and quickly became one of Northwest Indiana's leading providers of therapy services for adults and by 2003 were named Small Business Persons of the Year for Indiana by the Indiana Small Business Association.

• In 1998, Mariann and Noel founded Jacob's Ladder Pediatric Rehabilitation Center, a non-profit agency serving special needs infants and children. Today, Jacob's Ladder is providing therapeutic services to over 600 children per week.

​

• More recently and on a personal level, Mariann and Noel began caring for their aging parents and experienced firsthand many of the difficulties of finding reliable, quality help.  They took their passion and management experience and began their own personal care services agency.
